Responsibilities. - Leading the service team for installation, repairs and maintenance of machine. - Investigate machine on site and propose service packages and spare part to customer. - Establish service report that including job description, machine issue, opportunity for new machine, Spare parts, Service agreement, and Machine capacity. - Analyze and provide wear and tear parts list to customers. - Provide QCA&FAT list before shipment the machine on customer site. - Perform SAT after installed machine on customer’s site. - Make daily report and Weekly report during installation on site. - Support sale for machine information and machine up gradation. - Respond on other job assign from customer service manager.
