Job Description :
Subsidiary - Responsible for preparation and processing of the following document request 1. Payment transaction process 2. Taxi request process 3. Leave process 4. Termination and recruitment process 5. Review and process of documents e.g. recruitment, appointment letter, employment contract, end of contract notification, tax refund - Translation of documents as follows account position statement, birth certificate, name change certificate, surname change certificate, transcript, life insurance, medical insurance and insurance policy - In charge of preparation TTML holidays for further announcement - In charge of staff information e.g. telegraphic transfer form, identification, book bank, passport, etc. Recruitment Section Leave Section - Recruit and review candidate from website and data base - Interview candidate initial before sending to chief - In charge of candidate information - Starting from providing leave information to employee Key in the leave requests in Oracle program Making sure that the leave request, employees rights, required documents are correct. If not, making corrections, and finally keeping the leave requests and related documents in good order
