Responsibilities Overall responsibility for managing 5 shop in the mall 1.Hair Salon 2.Nail Salon 3.Thai Massage 4.Dance Studio 5.Bar Restaurant Accounting review accounting documents, check the correctness and appropriateness of documents submitted from each department before sent to accounting team outsource to recording, prepare accounting document such as tax invoice, quotation, delivery note, receipt, withholding tax, etc. Purchasing sourcing the most cost effective material from suppliers and provide business partnerships support for all shop. Ensuring that ordered products are correct and complete according to the agreement specification and requirement. HR Recruitment responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. Always meet companys needs by finding candidates that match job positions for all shop. Handled all HR operations involving recruiting, employee relations, manpower planning, employee training, benefits administration. Salary calculation includes attendance, OT, gasoline, allowance, commission, etc. Sales Marketing Welcome customer in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions all service.
