Job Description :

Ticket Counter Officer Entrance - Withdraw the cash float from the treasury department and make sure that money of counter 1-8 is correct. - Redeem the code or consult with customers about their problem with voucher or E-Tickets and contact the code vendor, GlobalTix System. - Sell entrance tickets to both Thai and foreigner via KidZtation software suite. - Register the family group information into the database and register the security bracelets. - Wear the security bracelets to customers. - Check that all document of customers from tour agent are correct. Air Asia Flight Simulator and Flight Attendant Establishment - Teach children of what the duty of Cabin Crew and Pilot are and let them role play together. - Rearrange and reset the materials and flight simulation stations for the next round. - Cooperate with IT department and find the solution for better system usage. - Repair the security bracelets. - Test the new version of software for IT department before releasing into daily use. - Diagnosing the flight simulator both software and hardware in case of emergency that IT support is busy.
