Job Description :
1.Accountable for receiving customer orders and confirming delivery schedule Oversea customers such as India, China, Vietnam, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Hungary, Mexico, Singapore 2.Enter orders into production control section for production. 3.Generate shipping report to the warehouse section for packing goods under IATA and IMDG rules. 4.Oversea export activities by communicating with oversea customers and shipping broker in order to complete export clearance process. 5.Responsible for export activities for hazard goods. 6.Manage the export investment program for each item of merchandise and ensure that it is submitted to customs. 7.Provide oversea customers with an invoice and packing list. 8.Provide all documentation to shipping broker in order to issue BLAWB and export entry. 9.Conduct a final review of draft BLAWB and export entry. 10.Provide customer COA. 11.Request and manage forecast from customers.
