Job Description :
- Arrange CSR activities to keep good relations with communities surrounding the plant. - Assist HR Team Leader to recruit new employee regarding advertise for position requirement, interview appointment and new hiring proposal. - Prepare, conclude and propose Quarterly Annual Award and Long Service Award for the employees. - Assist HR Team Leader to prepare annual promotion candidates according to standard. - Extend for office equipment, company car rental, management house leasing and subcontract hiring contract. - Supervise and maintain the companys car service. - Manage and request payment approval for all administrative expenses. - Contact with external trainer and internal instructor to book or organize the course according to approval of training requisition. - Provide necessary tools, catering and allowance for the employees who have participated training according to the company policy. - Prepare reports and update all information regarding training and participants. - Input training record in HRII. - Submit training documents to Skill Development Center.
