Job Description :
• Work as sales and marketing officer on Online Store Channel (Shopee , Lazada, JD, Toryod online , 24 shopping , 11 Street ,Line, Facebook)Work as Customer Service, monitor on all of Online Channel ( Shopee , Lazada, JD, Toryod online , 24 shopping , 11 Street ,Line, Facebook, Line Instagram ) ,E-mail and the phone. • Coordinate and negotiate with all Online Store Channel. • Create Marketing campaign, content and promotion run on Online channel. • Update price and take care all of products on Online Channel. • Presentation and review sell target, sell volume by week • Monitor complaint and crisis management. Handle with the complaint procedure and complete case and report to Managing Director • Coordinate and follow up with Accounting team, logistic team to complete customer order • Coordinate and follow up with graphic team, marketing and PR team to complete customer case and marketing case. For example campaign, online content and promotions. • Work as receptionist, greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, preparing the meeting room. • Do the administration jobs of Customer service department and Online sales.
