Job Description :
Pre underwriting of new Applications case and input data in reports. Follow up pending cases with Sales Executives. Prepare Claim documents before send to Insurance Company and also keeping record to follow up all the cases. Checking daily new case report , daily renew case report and daily payment reports Follow up renew case. Coordinate and support Account Department about financial reports. Handle any related documents in administrative department. Handle enquiries and any other jobs as assigned.
