Job Description :

Management - Raw Material and Packaging Management examine, order and control materials quality in liquor production and packaging - Human Resources Assistant manage the employment and employees payroll, work with marketing team to order products for clients, coordinate with business partner to order materials, equipment, and packages. - Documents and Accounting Assistant work with general affairs to prepare and collect all important documents for state agency i.e., Excise Department, Revenue Department and Social Security Office. Research and Development - Laboratory yeast cultural for alcohol fermentation, look after fermented yeast for liquor production, examine quality of yeast and media in fermentation process, prepare chemical supplies and equipment to make yeasts media and yeast cultural - Liquor Production Planning planning all processes in liquor production start from fermentation in laboratory until liquor distillation process, control and examine quality of liquor before filling in packages
