Responsibility in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. make a booking with carriers, loading flight reservations into system template and ensuring they are properly input. Manage allotment of each destination on hands. Planing space on charter flight. Make each booking, do consolidation efficiency. Negotiate rate with airline to get the reasonable rate with space. Coordinate with related department for smooth operation. Control rate cost of each shipment. Follow up shipment until arrive destination and inform to all concern if any irregularity. Recheck and input rate into the system after shipment departed. Then do the report. Quote rate and advise rules, regulations and announcement of airline to sale and cs.
