Job Description :
- Established document for Quality System Work instruction, Form and Other Support - Implement and Maintain Quality System GMP, HACCP and HALAL - Handle document control to meet Quality System. - Conduct annual review the HACCP Manual. - Handle the validations activity for Food safety system. - Conduct shelf-life study of product. - Prepare document for external internal audit and answer auditors question. - Internal Audit. - Manage customer complaint activities. - Established document for Quality System Work instruction, Form and Other Support - Implement and Maintain Quality System GMP, HACCP, ISO90012008, ISO22000, and HALAL - Internal Audit. - Prepare document for external internal audit and answer auditors question. - Prepare the halal declaration letter and register halal certificate for new and renewal product. - Coordinate with halal committee The central Islamic Council of Thailand and Majelis Ulama Indonesia. - Execution schedules for big cleaning factory each plant. - Refresh training for employee about Quality System. - Verify the specification of raw material from RD by compare with food regulation and hazard analysis for establish HACCP Manual and Food Safety Manual etc. - Create specification of raw material in SAP system. - Inspection quality of raw material incoming such as FFA, RS, Brix, pH, Moisture, SG, RI etc. - Record analysis result of incoming raw material in SAP system. - Issue the Supplier Corrective Action Report SCAR sent to supplier in cases of raw material has problem. - Prepare supplier rating report for classified supplier then defined sampling table of raw material. - Coordinate with external laboratory for verify the raw material in food safety parameter. - Annual internal analysis of raw material such as IV, PV, Protein, SO2, Starch, Ash etc.
