Job Description :

- Develop and implement the regional sourcing strategy, aligned with the global sourcing strategy, the category of electrical, assembly, etc. - Evaluate new suppliers quality, price, lead time, services, etc. and select the most suitable supply resources. - Negotiate prices, contractual terms and conditions, and build up strategic partnership with key suppliers. - Drive to reach individual and department KPI targets cost reduction, supplier quality DPPM, and delivery OTIF. - Work with SQE to improve supplier performance and drive supplier to make continuous improvement.
