Job Description :
Manage the quality of suppliers by planning, scheduling, and conducting supplier quality audits Annual system audit. Control suppliers and ensure that they produce the parts according to the customers' requirements. Collaborate with APQP team to audit process for prepare readiness before SOP Verify and approve quality inspection standard and PPAP with use for supplier SOP. Control abnormality in production line and lead to improvement process by NCR meeting, verify and close. Control calibration system also annually MSA and improve the standard. Raise the awareness of customer needs and satisfaction across the organization. Ensure the production is according to the process statistic control. Verify and rectify customers claim and follow-up on corrective preventive actions. Work with the engineering and manufacturing departments to deal with nonconforming materials as well as analyze the causes and prove the errors. Compile data for monthly reports and provide training to all staff in the department to improve the QA staff performance. Assist to communicate with customers about quality by contacting customer quality representatives. Training QA engineer to work according customer requirements and IATF16949 Manage QA team to support all of the tasks completed in the specified time. Summarize the monthly quality issues and follow-up problems solving including preventive action. Manage and control all department work according to customer requirements, IATF16949, and ISO9001 requirements to meet the companys KPI. Conduct periodic quality system and process audits to ensure conformance to processes and procedures as standard. Monitor and follow up the internal CAR from the system company internal auditors. Review the quality management system documents and approve. Collaborate with the certified departments about annually surveillance audit the whole system in order to improve the company system. Conduct the training for new employees about the quality system control to meet the company's customer requirements. Collect and provide information to set up annually management meeting in order to inform the progress of the production quality management. Support customer quality system audit both of automotive parts and others according to the company standard.
