Job Description :
1.Manage and control brands to achieve sales with AP budget and market share targets. 2.Projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products analyzing trends and results. 3.Analyze sales, market, consumer research and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis. 4.Initiate and develop brand strategies marketing plan and implement via marketing activities , Offline media , Digital media Website Social media and E-Commerce channels to building and driving sales to achieve brand target and KPIROI target. 5.Manage and work closely with cross function team members, supplier and agencies to ensure all campaign promotions and advertising are implemented successfully. 6.Collaborate with manufacturing and RD to create NPD festive products to support all marketing campaign. 7.Responsible and monitoring of all marketing materials , contents and all media productions. 8.Ensure that all internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional brand image and messaging. 9.Monitoring administrative of companys digital platform named Bun Bun Deli includes handle customer questions and requests related to brand campaign LINE OA, FB, IG, Tiktok, Delivery , Shopee, Lazada, etc. with team members. 10.Planning and controlling the companys marketing budget with efficiency and tracking all performance reporting to top management.
