Establish document for inspection standard such as inspection check sheet, SPC format, Quality control in process chart, VBA Useform for IPQC monitoring tool change record Analyze cause of problem, propose effective countermeasure to prevent recurrence To be a part of APQP team review Control plan, Process flow and related document. Review buy off 1st piece machine result. In-process monitoring such as NCR and feedback operation for corrective action. Plan Automated Optical Inspection AOI for 3 month plan Document preparation by VBA Useform and macro for monitor yield

Job Description :
Responsible for new model Base machining process of motor HDD. Coordinate in-process team and another section such as production, process engineer, production engineer, purchase officer and supplier. Review RSP sample and sample plan follow up. Respond of quality assurance inspection at In-process, Outgoing. Support quality issue during sample phase, verified root cause and implement action. Document preparation for inspection standard, balloon map. Support and follow up trace back and BPTS project. SPQP package, QMP package. Make kaizen report for monthly.
