Job Description :
- Coordinate with hotel partners and taxi agents regarding bookings, promotions, pricing, and system information.
- Update, monitor, and manage backend system data to ensure booking accuracy and smooth daily operations.
- Provide customer support and consultation via phone and email.
- Monitor, track, and manage agent credit balances to prevent operational disruptions and maintain service continuity.
- Coordinate with Airport Representative, external partners, and related team to resolve issues and support daily operations.
- Handle customer and agent complaints/reviews while following up on issue resolution to maintain service quality standards.
- Prepare booking summaries, usage reports, and monthly operational reports to support management and accounting processes.
- Coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.
- Developed user manual and including graphics and basic video tutorials, to support users and improve system understanding.
- Support coordination tasks, scheduling, and other operational responsibilities within the organization.
