Job Description :

1. Take care of emulsion paint and solvent base products. main as emulsion paint 2. Develop new products follow the requirements from the marketing department. 3. Test new raw materials or alternative materials from supplier in order to develop new products, improve properties of current products and cost down products. 4. Develop new process for emulsion paint production line. 5. Co-operate with QC team to fix or feedback customer complaint issues. 6. Prepare information and samples apply for The Thai Industrial Standards TIS license.

Period : April 2019  to July 2020

Job Description :

1. Test new raw materials or alternative materials from supplier in order to develop new products, improve properties of current products and cost down products. 2. Main area products were construction products such as epoxy adhesive, pvc adhesive, cement waterproof, acrylic sealant and acrylic wall putty. 3. Contact with suppliers to fine the solutions to fix product problem. 4. Control the quality of products from production line. 5. Co-operate with sales team to fix product problems for customer onsite.

Last Position : Technical Sale officer

Period : February 2019  to April 2019

Job Description :

1. Take care of Emulsion dispersion for Construction EDC products such as binder for waterproof in cement. 2. Follow up customer status project, problem and requirement. 3. Promote new product that serve for customer project or improve project. Project Develop. 4. Help sales team to reach the target.

2016

Last Position : Senior Research and Development officer

Period : March 2016  to January 2019

Job Description :

1. Calculate new paint formula to test with new dispersing machine. 2. Test new additives or alternative materials from suppliers to replace in the formula in case of improve the properties of paint and also cost down the process. 3. Research and collect data to support and testing new machine dispersing and bead mill machine and system mixing process. 4. Test new colorant samples from outsource. 5. Test new formulas and up scale from lab scale to medium production scale and end up with big production scalefull capacity. 6. Improve production process of emulsion paint serve for new plant, such as time saving, production saving and cost saving.
