- Checked and prepared all documents for Thai new intake, both of Management and non-Management staff. - Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processs. - Scheduled job and contacted candidates as needed. - Checked finger scan time attendance for all Management and non-Management staff, submitted to Payroll section. - Prepared letters and notices for Thai factories in the group based on Malaysia company rules and regulations. - Other HR Administration tasks as per required.
