Job Description :

- Responsible for QAQC system preparation and implementation e.g., reviewed the Thai FDAs laws and regulations for food safety aspects of the factory to be compliance with the Notification of Public Health No.420 GMP420 - Prepare the relevant QPWI or SOPs and documents according to the requirements of Food safety standard, GHPsHACCP codex and BRC - Implement the GHPsHACCP programs e.g., Supplier and raw material approval, and performance monitoring program, and supplier on-site audit - Review Thai FDA's food laws and regulations to make sure that the company's products meet all the requirements e.g., food additives used, contaminants, pesticides and microbiology requirement - Modify and create the standard quality of raw materials and packaging according to Thai FDAs food safety laws and regulations - Responsible for setting up the laboratory test methods and equipment for the incoming inspection of raw material, and finished product quality control - Responsible for preparing documents for applying the FDA serial number and other related FDA registration - Prepare information for food labeling according to Thai FDAs laws - Review Food and Nutritional labelling of the companys finished products to be in compliance with Thai FDAs laws and regulations Work achievements in 2021-present - Achieved the Thai FDA registration FDA no. for import food more than 20 products the food category included soup base, seasoning, food ingredients, spices and some food additives. - Provided and completed the information for food and nutritional labeling according to Thai FDA regulations, for at least 15 products - Assisted the product team to develop new products by review the ingredient list, food additive usage, information for food labeling, and the food safety quality standard of the product - Got an outstanding employee award in 2021 - Created raw material quality standards that are using in the company according to Thai FDA laws - Created the new raw material supplier evaluation procedure and implement to the supplier management system - Set up the testing methods and quality control laboratory at the factory - Conducted the sensory test of new products
