Job Description :

Manage Warehouse, Stock, Manpower and resources. Setup layout and ensure efficient space warehouse utilization. Monitoring physical inventory and prevent aging stock. Coordinate with vendor and logistic for inbound GR and outbound GI. Use WMS, SAP, PDA Network as provide to manage stock level and control the order cycle. Manage warehouse and to ensure stock are stored safely and accuracy. Allocate and mange staffs, resources according to sale demand. Coordinate between Sales Department, Marketing Department, Finance Department to achieve 100 service rate on customer orders. Facilities management, inventory control procedures and perpetual stock verification. Responsible for stock taking and stock management. Internal audit Monitoring efficiency for cost control and Prepare annual warehouse budget.
