Job Description :
-Provide secretarial and administrative services for Expat Country Manager and Regional VP -Maintain filing system, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible -Organize an executive's calendar, meeting and appointment scheduling -Take minutes of meeting and prepared reports, presentations -Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations -Ensure the correctness of incoming documents before submitting for an executive approval. -Communicate with related departments for distributing information, messages or tasks assigned by executive and follow up the progress -Oversee office operations and facilities to ensure they are tidy and run smoothly -Maintain office condition and arrange necessary maintenance and repairs -Organize company events or conferences -Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels -Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff -Liaise with overseas staff related to local office visit, meeting, training or any assistance needed -Provide general support for expat staff including work permit visa application, visa extension, accommodation, relocation service -Keep good relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring all items were invoiced and paid on time -Assist in any tasks assigned by Country Manager and Regional VP
