Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou Head Quarter as scope follow - Arrangement and co-lead Corporate Strategy Workshops with Strategic Management Expertise, Mr.Neoh K.Cheng Founder and CEO of Catalyst-Asia www.catalyst-asia.com and Singapore Governments Consultant for Lotus Head Office, Warehouse. - Arrangement and Co-lead Corporate Strategy Workshops for Subsidiary company Supply Chains Logistic Management Unit with Mr.Neoh, Strategic Management Expertise. - Conduct Business Risk Assessment and Consulting at all corporate levels. - Fraud and Corruption Auditing and Investigation especially in Fresh Products Distribution Center and Store Operation Levels. - Corporate Structure Re-design, Establish and review and re-design the existing policies and standard operating procedures. - Coordinating and supporting to Brand Management Team from True Corporation of Thailand for Lotus Supermarket Re-Branding Project. To support financial improvement program with CFO and Executive Vice Chairman for inventory day on hand reduction, transformation, and data analysis. Including Buyers performance review. - To initiate the Store Manager's Evaluation and Stores Performance Review and Analysis. In order to find the best practice and lessons learned for corporate and store financial performance improvement. - Initiate Fresh Food Quality Food Safety Management program in Fresh Distribution Center, Lotus Stores, and Key Suppliers. System, Distribution Center Mgt. The system, Store Mgt., POS and CRM Mgt. System - Consulting to Lotus ISO 9000 Team for Quality Management System and ISO 9000 Quality Management System to launch in Head Office, Head Quarters Beijing, Guang Zhou and Shanghai and Lotus Supermarket Stores - Assist and advise to CPO, Ms.Stephanie Liu for HRM and HRD, Executives Development Program, and recruiting new Executives from oversea and local. - HRM HRD processes auditing, reviewing, and process reengineering - Coaching local staff to launch HRMHRD, Productivity Program for Performance Improvements such as 7Ss, Employee Satisfaction Survey, 360 Degree Evaluation Survey, Store Manager Evaluation, and Process Re-engineering.
