Job Description :
- Support Japanese salesman.- Look for room, building, office area, Land to present to clients. - Negotiate with landlord or Owner to fulfill as customers requirement. - Arrange and resolve issues of the room before tenant moving in. - Contact supplier to service tenant such as Japanese TV, Internet, Water Filter and etc. - Service tenant and landlord for room maintenance and problem resolution. After service - Training my subordinates' staff members and creating a working procedure manual. - Recheck documents as Lease Agreement, Invoice, Receipt, Furniture list and renew contract Etc. - Introduce room to client when moving in to the room - Make marketing-related results information. - Offer the owner and landlord advice on the rental rate and how to make the room more appealing to clients.
