Job Description :
- Supervise and monitor secured debt litigation cases under responsibility, including issuing notices of assignment of claims and tracking civil, preferential claim, and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Direct and oversee outsourced law firms to ensure timely filing of lawsuits, legal execution, and other necessary legal actions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor payment defaults by debtors or defendants.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as the Courts, the Legal Execution Department, and the Land Office.
- Manage the transfer of mortgage rights, expedite public auction announcements, oversee auction processes, and manage the acquisition of foreclosed assets.
