-Assess duty and tax impact and identify risks
-Coordinate corrections to ensure compliance
-Maintain documentation and support audit requirements
-Ensure all documents are accurate before customs clearance.
Customs Clearance
-Collaborate with customs brokers.
-Check taxes and fees.
-Ensure timely customs clearance for goods.
-Transportation & Delivery (coordinate with vendor)
-Plan transportation from the port to the warehouse.
-Manage the delivery process to adhere to the plan.
Monitoring & Reporting
-Track the status of shipments.
-Control KPIs, such as:
Container overdue
Lead time >> Strorage Charge / Demurrage / Detention
-Warehouse Report Review
-Receiving report
-Putaway report
-Damage / Shortage report / Over
-Prepare reports for HQ/Management.
