Job Description :

Monitoring and Calculation of manpower productivities and arrange manpower and workers working hour. Preparation of weekly schedule, monthly schedule and report to PM. Handling of Project scheduling, monitoring to meet project completion targets. Coordination with Clients representative, relevant authorities and consultants Engineers. Day to day manage of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of sub-contractors. Leading construction team and closely supervise workers to get good quality and to finish project on time. Checking whether the subcontractors work complies with the structural drawings and technical specifications. Initiates and coordinates punch-listing and ensures close out all action items identified.

Monitoring of construction process and presenting project progress updates to Project Manager. Closely supervise the construction work to keep right consequences and quality standard as per MOS. Reporting daily site issues to Construction Manager. Scheduling client inspection, lead the inspection.
