Job Description :
-Coordinate and monitor the work of technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion in line with project plans.
-Compile documents for inspection and submit progress claims to relevant parties.
-Draft and submit material and equipment purchase requisitions as needed for the project.
-Estimate construction costs and extract material quantities according to drawings for budgeting and cost control.
-Analyze and interpret construction drawings (AutoCAD/DWG) for accurate on-site implementation and planning.
-Record daily work progress, encountered issues, and on-site activities for submission to the project manager or stakeholders.
-Plan and lead weekly meetings to review project progress and coordinate with relevant teams.
