Job Description

  • 1. Provide both onsite and remote support for customers in Bangkok and upcountry.
  • 2. Coordinate product delivery schedules, installations, and onsite service with clients.
  • 3. Analyze system and usage logs to identify root causes of incidents and propose solutions.
  • 4. Perform product readiness testing before go-live or customer handover.
