Job Description

  • HR (Recruitment & Time Attendance)
  • Develop short-term and long-term workforce planning according to the schedule.
  • Plan recruitment strategies through various channels and prepare related reports, such as manpower planning and vacancies.
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews jointly with the department, communicate interview results, and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
