Job Description

  • -Communicate with customers about shipment information.
  • -Check vessel schedules & inform customers of vessel details and cutoff times.
  • -Booking confirmation (via Email or Website) check and send to customer
  • -Arrange truck and shipping and also Request cargo insurance (depents on shipment).
  • -Submit SI and VGM (via email or website).
  • -Request Invoice from the Agent for payment preparation and pick up BL.
  • -Send Draft BL to customers for checking and confirm the BL type to agents.
  • -Update Vessel ETD/ETA , Confirm onboard and ATD.

  • -Reported daily inbound shipment and updated plan container to factory.
  • -Import and export DHL monthly KPI reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
  • -RMTS BOI Release order and prepare document for Submit BOM.
  • -Apply TC (Transaction Certificate)
