Job Description

  • • Prepare an air conditioner assembly manual for production line employees. • Create a workpiece delivery manual for logistics employees. • Train new employees to understand the assembly process and follow the manual. • Control and inspect the quality of assembled workpieces to ensure they meet standards. • Coordinate with the production department to resolve issues arising in the production line. • Plan the allocation of personnel to match the requirements of each position.
