Job Description

  • As a Sales Coordinator, the role involves supporting the Sales team by managing tasks such as creating Non-Survey and Survey forms. These forms are used to facilitate on-site inspections to measure the size of customers’ goods. However, for some cases, on-site visits are not required if the customer provides the dimensions and weight of the goods for evaluation. Once the necessary information is obtained, a quotation is prepared and presented to the customer. Additionally, invoices are issued to collect payments based on the customer’s provided address. Before issuing invoices, a work order form must be prepared.
