Job Description :
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with relevant departments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Job Descriptions, and oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards
- Design and implement both short-term and long-term training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Collaborate with line managers and executives in performance appraisal processes, including salary review and compensation adjustments
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in salary, overtime, allowances, and other employee benefits
- Supervise and audit employee expense claims, particularly travel reimbursements for the sales team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including personal income tax (PND.1), withholding tax, social security contributions, student loan deductions, legal enforcement deductions, and issuance of annual tax certificates (50 Tawi)
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with ISO 9001 standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop departmental KPIs and monitor organizational KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee general administrative functions, including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
