Job Description

  • Responsible for Initial EHS training of new commer as a trainer.
  • Resistible for health promotion program in the campaign of BMI challenge 2025.
  • Responsible for tracking participants in the influenza vaccination program.
  • Prepared reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for the SHE Committee.
  • Prepared official announcements and conducted electronic registration for Safety Officers and Safety Committee members.
  • Designed infographics for a 5 minutes safety talk.
  • Supported the creation of training scenarios used in medical drills.
  • Supported the organization and implementation of monthly practice for increasing the skills of Emergency response Team.
  • Served as a trainer of EHS training for contractor.
  • Support to arrange and organize on annual health check up 2025 in term of parameter preparation. And coordinate of check up sequence.
  • Support to coordinate the training program as per law such as forklift training.
  • Created and designed certificates for internal training.
  • Liaised with government authorities.
  • Internship project is the process improvement of employee safety training management.
