• - Coordinate with other party regarding receiving and transfer process.

Job Description

• - Responsible for steering the warehouse operations to the agreed SLAs and KPIs. Control the procedures for importing products from suppliers and from distribution centers. Store products in the warehouse and distribute products to customers efficiently.
• - Check the condition of the warehouse and acting as a liaison with suppliers to repair warehouses By requesting a PR quote and making a list of POs in the SAP system within the company.
• - Analyze the data from the warehouse operations report. It presents the development of warehouse operations capability to achieve efficiency in accordance with the company KPIs.

Job Description

• - Verify the workflow of third party cargo agents and staff contract working in accordance with regulations and SOPs to meet the overall KPI of the air cargo operations .
• - Check condition of Dangerous Goods (DG) and another special load stowed and segregated correctly Communicate the ATA of the aircraft to the flight operation officer confirming the aircraft type and the registration.
• - Escalate any Ground Services Equipment (GSE) serviceability concerns to the flight operation officer on the shift.
