Job Description

  • Check documents Master B/L, House B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List. - Billing: Pay freight, port charges, fees and issue invoices to customers. - Create an Excel work tracking system. - Create a customer company database in the system. - Analyze the income and expenses of each job at the end of every month to see if there are any irregularities. - Use emil to communicate work with people in foreign branches of the organization. - Use emil to send work to customers both in Thailand and abroad. - Fill in the information of the destination port of goods in Japan. - Coordinate with other departments to forward work.
