Job Description :

The Supreme Court oversees the judicial branch in the court system. During the legal co-operative education program, students will perform the following tasks:

1. Reviewing court orders granting permission to appeal to ensure that appeals proceed according to the law.
2. Examining the facts and legal issues in court hearings at the trial court and requesting court judgments to ensure accuracy before presenting them to assistant judges and the Supreme Court's deliberation room.
3. Selecting, distributing, and transferring case files from the trial court to the Supreme Court panel of judges who will consider and judge the case in the Supreme Court, including facts and legal issues.
4. Reporting the case proceedings to the Supreme Court panel of judges to formulate their judgment.
5. Once the Supreme Court has rendered its judgment in a case, it will be sent to the trial court to read the decision made by the Supreme Court. This applies to criminal cases and other legal proceedings.
