Job Description

  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with external parties (sellers, key accounts, graphic designers) and internal teams (reporting manager, team members) - Oversee end-to-end campaign operation including QC campaign briefs, artworks, captions, SKUs, and payment status to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines - Handle and resolve problems, address issues and FAQs, and manage campaign rollouts - Monitor and track performance, including the number of sellers and campaign budget participating in programs - Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations for senior management - Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement - Support ad specialists in setting up campaigns, optimizing ad performance through budget allocation, and rotating SKUs to achieve target ROAS and GMV
