Job Description

  • - Prepare and serve à la carte breakfast for villa guests from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.
  • - Plan and delegate kitchen tasks effectively to team members.
  • - Oversee and ensure consistent food quality and presentation before serving.
  • - Manage and control inventory, including daily stock checks and advance preparation of ingredients.
  • - Coordinate weekly purchasing and sourcing of ingredients.
  • - Develop and refine menu items and recipes to suit customer preferences.
  • - Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the kitchen.
