Job Description

  • System & infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor CPALLs network, servers, and AWS Cloud infrastructure 24/7. Use tools like Dynatrace, Nagios, and Zabbix to ensure high availability of applications and hardware.
  • Data Center Operations: Inspect and maintain DC facilities, including electrical systems (UPS, MDB, Gen), fire suppression, precision air conditioning, and CCTV. Prepare monthly reports on power usage and access logs.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Configure AWS scaling services and perform server refreshment tasks to keep the environment up-to-date and efficient.
  • Deployment & Support: Execute program deployments via Jenkins, K2, and SAP GUI. Provide technical support for AWS, ensuring all environments are ready for use.
  • Data Protection & Backup: Manage full-cycle backup and recovery using Veeam and HPE Data Protector. Handle LTO tape replacements and support Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
  • Process Automation: Design and develop internal workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve team efficiency.
