Job Description

• Assigned as a project manager for budget control in innovation project management, under the supervision and collaboration with central engineering for project execution, project planning, technology risk analysis, and monitoring and controlling operations to assess progress against the plan, communicate, report evaluations, and improve work.
• - Plan work and coordinate with relevant departments.
• - Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
• - Oversee the maintenance of factory machinery.
• - Responsible for sourcing machinery, machinery installation, and machinery testing.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption within buildings, while proposing projects to reduce energy costs (Energy Saving). Plan Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): design and control the maintenance schedule for all systems. Analyze and assess the risks of machinery to reduce the rate of unexpected breakdowns. Manage the team in the event of engineering emergencies to restore building systems to operational status as quickly as possible. Prepare and control the annual budget for maintenance, procurement of spare parts, and building improvement projects (Renovation/Retrofit) to achieve maximum efficiency. Select, coordinate, and inspect the work standards of external contractors (Outsource) to ensure compliance with contracts and engineering standards. Supervise, develop skills, and evaluate the performance of engineers and technicians under my supervision.
