Job Description

• Design training plan by combining with business needs, and knowledge & skills required as well as resources available to support company goals and success.
• Design instructional workbook materials used in training including hands-on experiences, worksheets, review games, course objectives, and course agendas
• Conduct, facilitate and review training program according to current situation and business need.
