Job Description

  • Service point partner management
  • - Managed onboarding and setup of service points, ensuring accurate system.
  • - Coordinated equipment delivery and maintained point-of service information.
  • - Collaborated with internal teams to ensure smooth parcel dropoff, pick-up and return operations for sellers and buyers.
  • Key Account Management
  • - Managed and developed strong relationships with partners and key accounts to support business growth and long-term collaboration.
  • - Analyzed partner and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and support increased NS volume.
  • - Planned and coordinated monthly promotional campaigns, ensuring effective partner participation and execution.
