Job Description

  • - Guideline: Screen passengers before allowing them to check in at the internal counter.
  • - Kiosk: Guide passengers to check in, scan their faces at the kiosk independently while providing assistance or instructions next to the kiosk. Inform passengers to remove power banks from their luggage and attach Cabin Tags to baggage that has passed the size and weight measurement of no more than 7 kilograms.
  • - Ticket: Assist in inquiring and issuing queue numbers for passengers at the ticket office for services such as seat reservations, ticket purchases, and issuing tax invoices.
  • - Gate: Assist ground staff in calling passengers to board the aircraft at the designated gate, providing support in various aspects to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations.
