Job Description

  • - Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • - Process contractor deliverables, verifying the accuracy and completeness of related documents to ensure disbursements follow established procedures.
  • - Prepare and send various correspondence to contractors and relevant agencies to clearly communicate important information.
  • - Responsible for managing approval documents, reviewing and tracking progress to ensure approvals are completed within the established timelines and standards.
