Job Description

  • Develop NC programs using Siemens NX for highly complex parts such as molds. Plan milling processes and select appropriate cutting tools to minimize setup time and increase production efficiency. Thoroughly simulate and refine toolpaths to avoid collisions, overcutting, and in-production issues. Reduce the risk of on-site errors and minimize scrap, while coordinating with the production department to resolve problems and continuously improve processes to meet quality standards.
