Job Description

  • - Establish liabilities for the purchase of goods and services to ensure accurate and precise accounting records.
  • - Establish liabilities for the export and import of goods by thoroughly reviewing documents and details.
  • - Process payments to vendors or service providers according to the agreed terms.
  • - Withhold taxes at the source in accordance with legal requirements to comply with tax regulations.
  • - Clear advance payments made by verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • - Review and check input tax to ensure accurate and complete recording.
  • - Load income tax data (P.N.D.) to prepare for timely tax filing.
  • - Reconcile income tax (P.N.D. 3, 53) to ensure financial data consistency.
  • - Reimburse petty cash used for various activities by properly preparing related documentation.
  • - Record various expenses in detail to ensure effective budget management.
