Job Description

  • 1. Verify and confirm the accuracy of domestic and international purchase records.
  • 2. Review accounts payable payment records.
  • 3. Manage petty cash disbursements, including deposits and prepaid expenses.
  • 4. Close accounts and prepare tax forms PND. 3, 53, and PP. 30.
  • 5. Perform bank reconciliations.
  • 6. Maintain and organize the asset register.
  • 7. Reconcile the general ledger (GL) with individual accounts.
