Job Description

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare customer billing documents categorized by each client, verify the accuracy of documents, and record accounts receivable.
  • Monitor the status of documents and payment collections while managing outstanding receivables.
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Review expense documents, invoices, and payment vouchers before recording accounts payable.
  • Record and manage accounts payable to align with actual payment transactions.
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Record daily transactions, categorize accounts, and ensure the accuracy of accounting data across the system.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of cash and deposits.
  • Tax & Statutory
  • Prepare and file relevant tax forms such as P.N.D. 1, P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53.
  • Manage and submit monthly social security information.
  • Coordination
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for external accounting firms for the review and audit of the company's accounting work.
