Job Description

• 1. Sensory Evaluation work for products such as Red Bull, Sponsor, Purik, DHC, Man Sum, Sun Snack, Redbull (Energy drinks, Electrolyte drinks, Functional drinks, Tea, Carbonated soft drinks, snacks)
• 1.1 Oversee sensory evaluation testing for all finished products.
• 1.2 Prepare documentation for standard operating procedures and supervise the performance of subordinates.
• 1.3 Plan and document studies related to the shelf life of finished products and conduct shelf life testing.
• 1.4 Select, train, and validate sensory testers to meet established quality standards.
• 1.5 Review inspection lists and sensory product standards within the SAP system.
• 2. Calibration work for instruments according to ISO/IEC 17025 and external laboratory analysis.
• 2.1 Develop and update the annual calibration/recalibration plan for instruments and equipment.
• 2.2 Create and update the register of equipment and instruments, along with the standard operating procedures documentation for the department.
• 2.3 Review the Certificate of Calibration for instruments and equipment in the quality department.
• 2.4 Maintain a register of instruments and equipment for the quality department.
• 2.5 Procure new measuring instruments and equipment for use.
• 2.6 Send instruments/equipment for calibration to an external laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
• 2.7 Conduct on-site verification of the calibration points of instruments against the equipment and instrument register, considering the calibration parameters relevant to the operational points.
• 2.8 Use the SAP program to create a Purchase Requisition (PR) for sending samples for analysis and for external laboratory analysis.
• 2.9 Review food safety-related regulations.
• 2.10 Review news on counterfeit food from websites.
• 2.11 Inspect the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all chemicals used within the factory.
• 2.12 Request quotations from suppliers, create PRs for purchasing, calibration, and repair of instruments.
• 2.13 Receive invoices and manage documentation related to billing in the SAP system.
